How to Get to Hotel Wildner
From the Santa Lucia train station and from the Piazzale Roma (Venice Car Terminal ):
If you arrive by train at Venice Santa Lucia Railway Station you can catch the public water buses line n° 41 or n° 51 (or even n° 82 via Tronchetto/Giudecca) and get off at San Zaccaria station. The hotel is located quite in front of the water bus stations, facing the water. One way ticket Euro 6.00 per person
If you arrive by car at Piazzale Roma Car Terminal you can park your car in one of the private Garages of the area (in particular the Garage offers a 10% discount on the daily rate to guests of the hotels located in the historical centre and if you wish to park your car there don’t forget to ask the discount coupon at the hotel). From Piazzale Roma you can catch the public water buses line n° 41 or n° 51 (or even n° 82 via Tronchetto/Giudecca) and get off at San Zaccaria station. From the Venice Marco Polo Airport - Take a private water TAXI to the Hotel.
You are advised to agree a price before embarking and to
check that the taxi is authorised to carry passengers (it should have a yellow stripe on the sides and carry a concession number).
- Take the ATVO or ACTV shuttle bus to the Piazzale Roma and then take the Steamer line 1, 51 or 82 proceed as described above
- Take the water shuttle ALILAGUNA that leaves from the Airport landing stage and reach the Arsenale after around 45 minutes.
The stop is around 100 metres from the Hotel.
From the San Giuseppe Airport in Treviso - A Shuttle Service links Treviso Airport with Venice's Piazzale Roma and meets most flights.
From the Piazzale Roma, you can take the STEAMER (public transport service) line 51 or 82 through the Canale della Giudecca, to the San Zaccaria stop, a short walk from the Hotel. Those who wish to take their time enjoying the beauties of the Grand Canal should take line 1, to the San Zaccaria stop.
How to get to Hotel Cristallo
If you come by train, you will arrive at the Santa Lucia railway station: - A private water TAXI will take you to the Lido. You are advised to agree a price before embarking and to check that the taxi is authorised to carry passengers (it should have a yellow stripe on the sides and carry a concession number).
- The Lido can be reached by STEAMER line 51 (public transport system) which passes through the Canale della Giudecca (journey time around 35 minutes); line 1 takes you through the Grand Canal (journey time around 55 minutes). You will arrive at the Lido's landing stage, from where you walk down the Gran Viale Santa Maria Elisabetta for around 180 metes and you will find the Hotel Cristallo on your left.
By Car: - You can, if you wish, leave your car at the TRONCHETTO car terminal and take steamer line 82 to Saint Mark's. From here, take steamer line 51 to the Lido. You will arrive at the Lido's landing stage, from where you walk down the Gran Viale Santa Maria Elisabetta for around 180 metes and you will find the Hotel Cristallo on your left
- Another alternative is to leave your car at the San Marco Car Park in the PIAZZALE ROMA. Residents of the Hotel Cristallo are entitled to a 10% discount. From the Piazzale Roma, take STEAMER line 51 (public transport system) which passes through the Canale della Giudecca (journey time around 35 minutes); line 1 takes you through the Grand Canal (journey time around 55 minutes). You will arrive at the Lido's landing stage, from where you walk down the Gran Viale Santa Maria Elisabetta for around 180 metres and you will find the Hotel Cristallo on your left.
- You can take your own car directly to the Lido, by taking the ferry from the Tronchetto. Alight at San Nicolò, follow the signs to the Piazzale S.M. Elisabetta and then turn left into the Gran Viale S.M. Elisabetta. The Hotel Cristallo is 180 metres to your left. A short distance from the Hotel is a garage for use by residents, who have to pay a daily tariff.
If you come by air, you will arrive at Venice's Marco Polo airport: - A private water TAXI will take you to the Lido. You are advised to agree a price before embarking and to check that the taxi is authorised to carry passengers (it should have a yellow stripe on the sides and carry a concession number).

You can also arrive by air at Treviso's Giuseppe Airport. - A Shuttle Service links Treviso Airport with the Piazzale Roma in Venice and links up with the majority of flights.
